Tómas H. Heiðar, Icelands representitive in the IWC, says that it will never be considered by the Trade Council of Iceland to accept a ban on whale produce. Arni Finnson, audience representitive in the meeting and president ofthe Icelandic Natur Conservation Associaton says that there have been informal talks about the idea of banning trade with whale produce between contries as a part of an agreement on restrictions of whaling.
