The Directorate of Labour had agreed to sponsor the campaign in Bildudal and the project entailed the regristration of various official data from the soutside of the vestfjords. The project was to last for six months and had 1 full-time position. Housing had already been secured in Bildudalur. Only 10 people are listed unemployed in the commune of Vesturbyggð and they are getting fewer. The campaign has therefor been put on hold. The local radio reported.

An jobcampaign that was to start in Bíldudal has been canceled due to there being as little as none unemployment in the region. The campaign was to last for 6 months.
