It looks like there will be more recession this year than was expected last fall, according to the reviewed forecast of the economic department of ASI. In the forecast is expected that the recovery of the economy will be slower than thought before.

The reason is that there is great uncertainty about large industry projects and ASI says that the looks is that those will be delayed at least till next year which would cause that the recession this year will be greater and the unemployment even greater. This means more recession of power of purchase for the homes and worsening quality of life till next year.

The economic department of ASI predicts now that the GDP will reduce by roughly 5% this year after roughly 7% recession last year, but the bottom will be reached later this year and the economic situation will improve in 2011. The economic growth will be roughly 2% that year and 5,6% in 2012.
