 JP Lawyers have been assigned to take care of the official process of the security company Securitas. The company is the largest asset of the bankrupt estate of Fons, company formerly owned in majority by Palmi Haraldsson. The plan is that the new owners take over Securitas around March 20th this year. Securitas was advertised for sale in the newspapers yesterday. There it says that everyone who can show that they own three hundred million króna or more can make an offer for the company. Then financing promises from financial institutes, which is evaluated as fulfilling by the seller, is taken valid as well, according to the advertisement.
